Hello friends!

Welcome to the website dedicated to the celebration in the Dominican Republic coming up in January 2026!
It is a work in progress but as we get closer to the event I hope it will contain all the information you will need for the trip, so keep checking for updates.
A huge thanks goes out to Liam, my friend Sofia’s son, who has worked many hours to create the website for me.

I am thrilled that so many of you have already let me know that you will be attending!
I can’t wait to spend time on the beach, by the pool or on adventures with my best friends! I have booked the villa, all you have to do is show up!

The idea came up when I imagined how I would like to celebrate my entry into the second half century of my life. I imagined a sunny, warm place near the ocean where I could gather as many of my dear friends as possible for a relaxing fun week together with good food and good drinks with lots of time to just hang out together.

Being that my birthday falls in January I had to direct my search for the perfect place to the south. I found a villa on the north side of the Dominican Republic on the outskirts of a town called Cabarete that called to me because of its location right on the beach, the accommodations that were offered, and the fact that it can hold over 30 people!

Elise and I spent part of her February break visiting the villa and the surroundings to figure out how to throw the best possible party week.

On this website I will share some of our experiences and photos from Cabarete and will provide an approximate schedule of our week together as well as travel and other valuable information.
I want this to be a very relaxing and fun experience for everyone, so please know that you are very free to take each day as it comes, stay at the beach or by the villa pool or partake in some of the activities that will be offered.
